Picasa I think Picasa is the best software and online photo place there is to manage all you photos. You can
share them just about any way possible. You can also edit your images, create slide shows, videos, even scan your drive for
all your photos and videos. I know I haven't mentioned half of the features offered but I just can't think of a better
way to handle my photos and video.
FAST STONE CAPTURE

I can only tell you that I have tried several of the free screenshot programs and this one I alsways go back to.
It is no longer freeware but there are freeware versions available. You can download Fast Stone from APlusFreeware, Last Freeware Version or just below. It can also be installed on a USB. Greate
program!

1DL.US I use this site to host a lot of the images you see on this website. Image
hosting is just one of the many features of the site but as far as hosting images free I just can't find a better place. Check
out the screenshot and see the many options you have to share your images.
PIXIE
Pixie is a utility made especially for webmasters and designers.
It is a color picker with few extra goodies.
Run
it, simply point to a color and it will tell you the hex, RGB, HTML, CMYK and HSV values of that color. You can then use these
values to reproduce the selected color in your favorite programs. Pixie will also show the current coordinates of your mouse
pointer.
It is the only tool for you to
work with colors.
All you do
is download Pixie and after you open the program just point with your mouse to the color you'd like the code for.

PHOTO FILTRE
PhotoFiltre is a complete image retouching program. It allows you to do simple or advanced adjustments to an image
and apply a vast range of filters on it. It is simple and intuitive to use, and has an easy learning curve. The toolbar, giving you access to the standard filters with just a
few clicks, gives PhotoFiltre a robust look.
The description comes from FreewareFiles, the best freeware site online. They offer
more than just free software, check them out.
I can't say enough about Photo Filtre and how helpful
it is. Whether working with images or creating some banners. logos, etc. it just can't be beat. If you look around the
web you'll see just how popular this free software is.
FastStone Photo Resizer is an image converter and renaming tool that intends to enable users to convert, rename, resize, crop,
rotate, change color depth, add text and watermarks to images in a quick and easy batch mode. Drag and Drop mouse operation
is well supported.
If you have one
or one hundred images to resize and manage then I can't think or find a better piece of software. All the software they offere
is great; for example Fast Stone Capture I posted and there is another free program on the site; Fast Stone Image Viewer,
check it out too.
There are two other sites that come in very handy if
you need a logo, button, font, or something of that nature; GRSites and Cool Text can more than take care of those needs for you.
