DTweak is a complex FREE tuning software for Windows Vista.

Because
DTweak at the moment is in a very hard testing phase, it hasn't all planned features on his interface. However those features

Have Windows shutting down faster
Does your windows seem to take longer to shutdown that they used. Microsoft
says the issue is caused by a problem it experiences while trying to unload the current user’s profile, and they have
published a HOTFIX for this.

Sometimes, in order to determine whether your PC meets software requirements
of a new application you would like to install, you need to know what’s the Windows version and service package levels

Keyboard Tweaker is a Hotkeys manager. It transform a normal keyboard with 101/102 keys into a
