Chaos Manager Pocket PC is a freeware personal information manager, and is mainly intended as
a client for the windows version of Chaos Manager. However it can also function as a stand-alone
product.
The main purpose for now for Chaos Manager Pocket PC, is to have your windows Chaos Manager data available
"on the road".

encrypted database. The same database file can be used both in Desktop and PocketPC

BORG is a combination calendar and task tracking
system. The calendar supports all sorts of appointments and also a simple todo list. The calendar functionality is similar
to that of other PIMs, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Calendar, Palm Desktop, Yahoo Calendar, etc... The Task Tracker
goes way beyond todo's and might better be called a project tracking system.
BORG is basically meant to be a small
self-contained Java application that you can run locally (i.e. without a network). Many users run it from a thumb
drive.
BORG actually stands for Berger-Organizer.
Unfortunately, the name BORG seems to be a popular choice for software products, probably due to the number of Star Trek fans
that write code. The fact that BORG calendar also seems to refer to the Microsoft Outlook calendar makes things even more
confusing. Oh well....

AM Notebook AM-Notebook is a fine system tray utility that provides an easy way to store
notes, TODOs and other data. Another nice features are the integrated Address-Book and the Alarm-Clock, which doesn't let

PNotes (Pinned Notes or Portable Notes, use what you prefer) is a manager of virtual desktop notes which has been started as auxiliary
program for colleagues, but in a short space of time has been recognized over the web.
Written entirely in C and Windows
API (with Pelles C for Windows IDEhttp://www.christian-heffner.de/
- the best one IDE for C IMHO) it is light-weight and fast. It has flexible settings - both for the program in whole and for
individual note. Appearance of notes can be skinnableindex.php?page=2
or flat, skinless (added in version 2.5), in which case they become resizable. Also you can manage notes transparency level
from fully transparent to opaque. Obviously, background colors and fonts of notes may be changed as well (more advanced text
formatting is currently in developing and will appear in next version).
Scheduling is also one of PNotes features. Each
note can be scheduled to remind you about important things, appointments, dates and so on.
All notes are accessible from
PNotes Control Panel. PNotes has multilanguageindex.php?page=3 interface and is fully Unicode supported.
And obviously, PNotes
is absolutely portable. It does not leave any trace in Windows registry, so it can be used from any drive in any computer
