Chaos Manager Here is another of the tops will in mind it is a toss up with Essential Pim. It
is plain in one sense but not really. It does have some good looking skins (11 to be exact) and very easy to use. Check out
this list of
features and it has a couple of versions in case you have an older version of Windows. Also released
first beta of Chaos Manager

Russian and I will let you read his detailed description
and you can probably tell more with the screenshot. Here are the four functions

Paperless Office This paperless office software is ideal
for a small business. It uses a method mimicing the classic file cabinet, and the sectioned file folder, to store documents.
It is suitable for a doctor, lawyer, or small business, and can store 10 million file folders and 1 billion documents or pages.

Total Organizer Calendar, organizer, to-do

ECCO Pro, ECCO PRO, the Personal Information

JBLab Secure Notes is an easy-to-use tree-like PIM (Personal Information Manager). This program
allows you to structure your information in a tree (like tree of folders) and search in it quickly and easily. You can manage
your text notes or parts of text documents, including those, containing sensitive information (such as contacts, login, passwords,
credit card numbers, etc.). The password prevents other people from reading your private notes.
This can also be ran on a floppy or usb.

Nomad PIM
is an extendible personal information manager. It allows you to keep track of your personal
data and currently provides modules for notes, schedule, contacts, money, diary and timetracking.
Technically, Nomad PIM
is an Eclipse RCP application. Like eclipse, it provides extension points for extensions by additional
plugins. All personal data is automatically stored in several (unicode) xml files and can be used on all supported platforms.

and has been replaced with version 6. The last update to Time & Chaos 5 was released on 6/18/2003. In 2005, Time &
