Better Bookmarks  SiteTagger.com is a bookmark/favorite organizer. You can bookmark websites you find on the internet via a simple button/favlet/bookmarklet that you can add to your browser link bar. This button makes it as simple as a click to bookmark a website page that you are visiting. The true power comes from the tags.

Welcome to StumbleMod. This purpose of this site is to highlight the creative abilities of the StumbleUpon community and promote the use of CSS design within StumbleUpon profile pages.

Since StumbleUpon does not currently allow users to customise their profile pages to any great extent I decided to create this site as an alternative. Each of the StumbleMods listed below uses the same HTML source code with the design being created through the use of CSS - very similar to the concept of the CSS Zen Garden site - the only difference is that the HTML code being used here is a updated version of the standard StumbleUpon profile page.

Feel free to browse the list of current StumbleMods below. If you're interested in creating your own StumbleMod then find out how to add your own here.

You can specify colors for links and backgrounds, title, caption, font size, Alignment etc., for your page.

The links in the resulting page are grouped and sorted in ascending order like they are in your Favorites folder. You can specify colors for links and backgrounds, title, caption, etc., for your page. Also, you can exclude certain folders from being listed. Advanced users are able to edit the entire page template to customize it further. The resulting web page can be used as a links page on your homepage; you can send it to a friend or use it just as a startup page for your web browser etc.

Bookmarks then and now.. At times I post on a blog for a friend of mine from Sweden and I just finished up this post.I think you will like the web page which is the main focus of the post, that is if you like images, html, design and goodies down that line.

I would hate to try and guess how many new bookmarking sites and techniques have jumped up in the last 18 months or so but there are still some of the old faithful ones that are still around and no doubt, hard to beat.

I just visited myHq, a bookmarking site that came online in 1998, and yes it’s still free and some of the users bookmarking pages look great!

The first one I clicked was http://www.myhq.com/public/f/c/fcweb/, so that means his or her user name was fcweb and they allowed their bookmarks page to be public. After viewing the page I think the fcweb stands for first class website with super quality material. What do you think of that page webmasters?

The point I am trying to get across is how most bookmarking sites today don’t reveal the talent of the user and the only real exception I can think of is Stumble Upon which I think is great. Users take their time and show their talent and don’t rush to see who can digg the most the quickest which to me cuts down on quality all the way around.

It must be the fast paced world in which we live:)

Share Stuff, New Service from Google

ATTENTION FREEBIE FANS - Google has just opened a new service called Share Stuff, which, as the name sort of gives away, lets users share their stuff with trusted others.

That means you can post stories you like, images, videos, bookmarks and such like. Think of it as a cross between a personal web page, Delicious and Digg. Google Share Stuff lets you share stuff
