CCleaner is good to have around for a quick scan to clean
up junk files but mainly I use it to manage the programs I have starting with windows when my machine boots up. Just select
the one you want to disable or delete and it's done.

It would be hard to say which of these three would
be the better since they are constantly being updated as more protection is needed. At present I am using AVG which I think
has greatly improved over the last year or so but using any of these would be a good choice. I
am not trying to win over anyone's opinion just sharing with you the free software that has given me the best results according
to its counterparts.
